Hilary Krosney-Rediker

Hilary is a mental health and addiction specialist with over 20 years experience in counseling individuals and families through life transitions and challenges. Her approach is tailored to her clients’ needs, using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness Enhanced Therapy (MET), somatic interventions and the 12 Steps.
She has extensive experience with treating substance use and process disorders and the challenging family dynamics that come along with those imbalances. Her mental health focus is on anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorders and borderline personality disorder.
Hilary has served a multitude of local communities throughout NY and NJ, on staff at HMH Booker Behavioral Health, Integrity House, DCPP, and The Community YMCA. She served as Clinical Director at Jewish Family & Children’s Service and Preferred Behavioral Health before dedicating her full-time work to private practice.
Hilary obtained her undergraduate education at Barnard College, her masters in counseling at Seton Hall University and masters in business administration at Rutgers University. She is the proud mother of one son who is a guest lecturer and PhD candidate in computer and electrical engineering at Purdue University.
